Shawnee County providers of MR/DD services that contract with the CDDO are identified as affiliate agencies. Targeted Case Management Meetings are held regularly with Target Case Managers to address local service needs, share information, resource identification, and address local issues and system barriers.
CDDO / Targeted Case Management meetings:
When: Bi-Monthly - first Thursday of the month.
2012 Meeting Dates: January 5th; March 1st; May 3rd; July 5th; September 6th; November 1st.
Time: 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
