Other services
Targeted Case Management (TCM)
This is not a waiver service, but is available to anyone eligible for I/DD services. If you are on the I/DD waiting list and Medicaid eligible, you are eligible for a Targeted Case Manager. If you are on the I/DD waiting list and not Medicaid eligible, you may choose to private pay for TCM services.
Targeted Case Management assists a person in gaining access to medical, social, educational, and other needed services through assessment, support plan development, referral, and monitoring.
Non-waiver services
DCF Vocational Rehabilitation
VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) offers a variety of services to help Kansas citizens with disabilities meet their employment goals. Services are customized according to each person’s unique needs, skills, interests, and abilities.

Working Healthy
Working Healthy – People with disabilities who are working or interested in working have the opportunity to keep Medicaid coverage while on the job. Through Working Healthy people can earn more, save more, achieve their career goals, and still maintain their health coverage.
