The Affiliated Provider List has contact information for all I/DD service providers in Shawnee County, including the types of services provided and whether the provider is open to new referrals for each service. The Targeted Case Manager (TCM) list has contact information for all TCM's in Shawnee County. These lists are updated regularly. It is not advised to print multiple copies.
